Since the June 2005 Supreme Court ruling in the case of Kelo v. The City of New London, Conn., the subject of eminent domain has been pushed to the frontlines for farmers, property owners and anyone else who ever hopes to own property one day. The Kelo decision is a subject that EVERYONE needs to know about, as it affects you, whether you know it or not.
